swift list test does nothing #8

returns zero even on failure

[vagrant@swift-package-cache-01 ~]$ swift list
Authorization Failure. Authorization Failed: Unable to sign token. (HTTP 500)
[vagrant@swift-package-cache-01 ~]$ echo $?
0
