Improve new user experience by adding Wiki pages to this repository. It should include pages for each dev tool. Pages:

[x] Home
[x] Audit Tool
[x] Class Viewer
[x] DB Schema Viewer
[x] Plugin Creator The Theme Designer tool can remain undocumented for now since it relies on an unmerged PR in the GLPI core.
