Test plugin migration #22

Add atoum tests for the plugin's migration logic in inc/migration.class.php.

For an example for adding atoum tests to a GLPI plugin, refer to: https://github.com/cconard96/jamf/pull/57

Not planned. This plugin will not be supported past GLPI 10 as it will become a core feature in 10.1.
