Slow closing of a ticket when the plugin is active #36

Describe the bug Hello

When I activate the ScreenShot plugin I find myself with great delays in my Ticket management. When I enter and validate a solution or only approve a solution the page loads between 40s and 60s.

For now I disable the plugin. But I confirm it works very very well I took time to understand that it had a direct link with but new slowness

This seems odd to me since this plugin is very limited in what it does.

It uses the timeline actions hook to add its screenshot and screen recording options. When you select one of the buttons, make a screenshot or recording, and click upload, it sends the information to GLPI as a document. From that point on, the screenshot is just a document.

I will try to test later today though.

hello, following the emptying of all the caches and the update 10.0.3 I no longer have these problems of slowness. thank you for watching
