Describe the bug Screenshot upload does not work

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a ticket
  2. Click on 'Screenshot'
  3. Select the window
  4. click on Upload
  5. No printed error but when I change something else in ticket (new answer, save, ...), screenshot disappear from timeline

Expected behavior New screenshot should stay in timeline

SOLVED - In deed, our WAF between user and GLPI server was forbidding this king of upload.
