Missing infiles: VCJ_v8_mcut0.08_ #18

Currently, setup.f90 returns an error on initialization SETUP ERROR: IMF models not found, and examining the file, it appears to be looking for something in the infiles directory which starts with VCJ_v8_mcut0.08_, but looking there, no such files are present. Am I missing something?
