Migration of GstControl Functionality from Struts 1 to Struts 2

The migration of the GstControl functionality from Struts 1 to Struts 2 involves updating the following components:

gstControl.jsp: This JSP file will be converted to utilize Struts 2 tags and components.
GstControlAction.java: The Struts 1 action class will be refactored to become a Struts 2 action class. This involves changes to:
- Extending Class ActionSupport instead of Action
- changing the signature of execute() method.
- Handling of user interactions using field variables and by adding getters and setters to share data between jsp and the action class.
struts-config.xml (Struts 1): remove mapping of /admin/GstControl
struts.xml (Struts 2): The Struts 2 configuration file will be updated to define the new Struts 2 action for GstControl functionality. This include:
- Action mapping for the GstControl action class
- Result mappings for different outcomes (e.g., success, error)
