Initial stack cannot have location descriptions in 001

In 001-clarifications-eval.txt line 188 the mention of location descriptions on the stack should be removed and added to 004-locations-on-stack.txt. Same goes for the paragraph starting line 196.

Also change "location descriptors" to "location descriptions" on line 196.
