This is all general clean-up. I changed the date occurrences to the Nov 12th date instead of the April date. I commented out the sponsors and event list, leaving appropriate messages in place of both. I also commented out the PLANchat in base.html, as it was not working. If we get it working again, I can uncomment it.
I'm not worried about people manually going to the URL otherwise i would also comment it out in the URLConf file.
