Identify Parakeet config parameters which are not useful for SPA dataset generation #27

This is with a view to creating documentation which is useful for users interested in creating SPA datasets via Roodmus.

It may be useful to make it clear which CLI args are useful only for tomography in the roodmus run_parakeet utility. Need to assess to best approach for this

Next step of this is that we should set sensible default parameters where possible, but ideally these should be permissible for easy extension to tomo with a couple of added CLI args
