Add support for loading latent coordinates into particle picking dataframe #9

issue 41 from gitlab A function needs to be written where the user can supply a file with latent coordinates that originates from cryoDRGN, cryoSPARC's 3DFlex which gets loaded and appended to the data frame

Closing this as the loading of cryodrgn and 3dflex is now supported in the het_metrics branch (merged to development). In the end, latent coords are not added to the picking dataframe(s). They are dealt with using a simple function to load the external files and these are then used by roodmus utilities
