Refactored matrix library, basic webgl2 support, optimisations #244

Refactored all files to use the glMatrix library version 2.4.0
ccpwgl_int is no longer compatible with the previous glMatrix library
Moved all temporary scratch typed arrays to constructors for performance
Added basic webgl2 support (enabled by adding webgl2:true to the params object passed to ccpwgl.Initialize when on a webgl2 compatible browser
Rearranged folders in preparation for es6/webpack conversion

Other:

Added visibility controls to EveSpaceScene
Rearranged Tw2Device so it was easier to read
Removed compulsory per frame tick from Tw2Device and put in ccpwgl.js (For better webvr support)
Removed older webgl demos

Known Issues:

EveSpriteSets not displaying on some ships (ie. ab3_t1, ab2_t1, ab1_t1)

@filipppavlov A couple of issues I can't identify/ solve as per the commit message. I had to start from scratch as it was too much of a pain to extract from my version, but I don't have these issues so will check line by line later this week to see if I can figure out what they are - but would be helpful if you could have a look.
