Research and experiment with the capabilities of the Google Cloud Natural Language API/AutoML Natural Language features for Japanese to determine what kind of features it could offer us.

Probably entity analysis will be most helpful first, to enable getting better insight into what texts are discussing when the reader comes from a non-Japanese cultural context.
