Fixed width #4

Very useful plugin. Thanks.

One thing isn't good, IMO.
Every few seconds it changes its width depending on displayed numbers. It would
be nice to have fixed width (maybe optional).

you can circumvent this problem by using four separators, one transparent and
one expanded on the left side, and the same on right side. Recalling that the
expanded should always be "inside" and the transparent on the outside.

This does not correct the problem, but leaves the applet always at the center,
causing it to not push the other applet to show higher numbers.

I vote for this, it makes me crazy because it moves layout every seconds and
gets to my nerves.

I added a configurable fixed width support for both horizontal and vertical
orientations. Please test it and let me know if you encounter any problems.

Yes, that was indeed what was needed to not get me crazy. Many thanks! :)
