mac preferences update: audio driver + probe chugins #67

bringing miniAudicle (mac, Cocoa) to parity with miniAudicle (Qt); for now the mac Audio driver dropdown is only "CoreAudio" but has been verified with additional (Dummy) driver; tried to follow code convention for both features, but probably did some sus things, hence this PR...
