New Features:

loadFile (URL) - pass in a file URL to add the file to the Chuck virtual file system

Bug Fixes:

clearChucKInstance fixed
DeferredPromise value() function
- You can now get values like theChuck.getInt("var").value();
- Not that this will block until the promise is fullfilled/rejected
