Better command line options treatment

This PR adds:

• a command line options output
• support for --argument 1 in addition to the original -argument 1
• errors (instead of warnings) for out-of-bound arguments

Code is tested locally but since the dpf file import is affected a larger scale test to make sure nothing that shouldn't break broke is needed.
