Autodock is not opening in my laptop. #236

My laptop is windows 11 and has the latest version of python. However autodock program is not opening. It just shuts down automatically after 8%

Which autodock and how did you install it?

Its Autodock4 and I installed MGL tools 1.5.7 followed by autodock4

Not sure what the issue with MGL tools might be. If you are willing to use the command line, possibly even with the windows subsystem for linux, this may help: https://autodock-vina.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
