Issue Installing Vina #245

Hi all- I am relatively new to this but have been trouble shooting all morning. Whenever i get to $ pip install vina this is the output i get. I was originally using 3.1, then moved to 3.7, and am now using 3.9.7. I manually installed the Boost and Swig libraries into my include folders after encountering those issues as well. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

AttributeError: 'MSVCCompiler' object has no attribute 'compiler_so' [end of output]

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip. ERROR: Failed building wheel for vina Failed to build vina ERROR: Could not build wheels for vina, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

Hi, is this Windows? No Python bindings for Windows, unfortunately...
