Quizzes Events Deprecations #4

These events will be deprecated per Release Notes... I see no reason to clean this up before the release, and will deprecate the schema/parser after the release date.

This was deprecated in Data Services (Canvas). The subscriptions for these events are no longer available. I will remove them from the schema at the end of school year.
