Program can't start MSVCP140_1.dll is missing #256

Tried re-installing multiple times. What am I doing wrong? I have the licenced version.

2.4.1 I fixed this by re-installing all windows vcc redistributables 2010 up to 2019, according to the wamp server installation page (both 64 and 32 bit versions of the vc file packages). I don't know exactly which one fixed it, but it was fixed while I was installing wamp. So this solved it. I downloaded from the Microsoft site, https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
