Issue

One of the hidden tests on Task 06 of hw02 has an error causing people who correctly responded with -1 to not pass the test when they should.

[x] Update the hidden test.
[x] Re-score hw02.
[x] Update the hw02 scores and auto-grader comment about task_06 in Canvas for each relevant student.
[x] Message the relevant students about why their scores changed.
