Homework 07: Task 13: Grader Check: 2 Message Error (Medium) #35

In Homework 07 for Task 13, the grader check "2 message" outputs "Each element of deck_statistics is between 0 and 13 inclusive", which is incorrect as the 13 should really be a 1 because each statistic is a proportion that should be in [0, 1].

Oops. I misread one of the tasks, so my understanding of that error message was wrong. There is no problem. I don't know how to delete issues once open, so I'll close it with this comment (if it lets me).
