Being able to fly after casting Eagle Eye #1030

I casted Eagle Eye, then interrupted it by moving. Somehow the channel bar stayed up (until the time ran out) and I am now able to swim in the air. Can even land and then fly/swim again, and use instants in the air. wowscrnshot_070715_130323

Well, when I reloged and tried it second time, it didn't work. Only the channeling bar stayed on the screen no matter what wowscrnshot_070715_134139

Channel bar is duplicate of #828. Flying bug needs reproduction steps.

Allright, I will try to figure out the scenario. However, for the reference - the bug result is exactly the same as #646 so the mind controlling ban is probably not enough.
