It's Possible To Hurt Players Outside Of Shattrath While In Shattrath #1152

This could apply to the borders of friendly/contested territory as well (for example, Crossroads'/Ashenvale's borders).

Also applies to Multishot and similar spells/abilities. Requires an attackable entity near the enemy player. I'm not sure if it can be done in reverse or not (wilderness > happy place)

Aoe can also damage players outise safe zone while you are in it. Autoattack doesn't stop when players enter the sanctuary zone.
