Mobs glimmering but not lootable #186

Sometimes the killed mobs glimmer. But u can't loot them. Tested in Ramparts and SL (normal).

Need further instructions of how to make this bug trigger.

All i recall from that Ramparts normal run is that we all were 60: 2 mages - Piranhaz and another one, i think some hunter and warrior tank with me healing on resto druid. I noticed this bug happening around area of the first boss, but by that time we had a trail of corpses behind us already and some of them were glimmering but couldn't be looted. Were able to notice this thanks to #184. Sometimes on other private servers this bug happens when someone is on particular quest and not looting quest objects from mobs, in turn resulting for others in seeing sparks on corpses but not able to loot anything. But there're no quests i'm aware of that require to collect stuff in ramparts at 60 and we can't check CC loot table for mobs to point out if there's something wrong there.

it's an old bug. mobs are sometimes sparkling and right-clickable but the loot window immediately closes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gnZX9g12Jo
