Eye of Kilrogg #1909

EoK lacks the ability to attack.

Comment from the wowhead page: "Something that I just noticed is that the Eye of Kilrogg can actually attack! One of my friends got ahold of me and told me that he summoned it and it was able to kill a rabbit.Yeah, I know, kill a rabbit, but that would mean that it has the ability to attack! So I got on my character and gave it a try outside of Stormwind.

Eye of Kilrogg hits Defias Bandit for 106. Eye of Kilrogg hits Rat for 146.

It's not that great of damage and it is slow, but I had no idea that it could actually do anything other than spy. Last edited by Yukazi on 2007/12/03 (Patch 2.3.0)"

From WoWWiki page (July 14, 2008): "Most mobs will not attack the eye unless it's used to attack them first."

Further details can be seen in this video. Be it the autoattack or being seen by nearby enemies and through proximity aggro, the eye is capable of pulling mobs. The linked point of the clip shows griefing at Orgrimmar bankers and auctioneers, a prior clip shows pulling mobs at Underbog. Besides ability to aggro, this requires some health. Currently the Eye has 1hp, the video at 12s mark states it has 4-5k. Might be a matter of scaling, too, in which case it might be related to #847

In addition, at 33s mark at the video there's a comment that states the Eye is no longer capable of attacking. I don't know the timeline of the changes, maybe that change wasn't introduced until WotLK, but it clearly was fixed at some point.
