All issues compiled from my first runthrough of Elwynn Forest.

Item Issues

Unkempt Cloth Gear [Should not drop here, only in Eversong Woods. Replace this with Frayed Gear.]
Scraggy Leather Gear [Should not drop here, only in Eversong Woods. Replace this with Ragged Leather Gear.]
Shoddy Chain Gear [Should not drop here, only in Eversong Woods. Replace this with Flimsy Chain Gear.]
Worn Shortsword [This is a starter weap and should not be dropping.]
Blood Shards [These should drop exclusively from mineral veins in The Barrens.]

Egan Peltskinner [This quest should not become active until you have been referred to this NPC by Deputy Wilhelm, I believe.]

Gereral Issue

Should trainers refer you to more advanced trainers when you outskill them? Worth checking into.

NPC Issues

Should the creepy group of kids be staring at the bed in the large house in Goldshire? I've noticed this in every private server so far, so may be correct and may be a stock MaNGOS bug.

The group of kids usually roam around near goldshire and up to Stormwind (can't remember exact path). They used to enter that house and go into the bedroom at 6 or 7am server time and some creepy shit went down (videos will be on youtube). Then they'd resume their normal walking. I believe the profession people did used to refer you to the next person who would be able to teach you (just from my memory).

A new issue:

NPC Issues

Defias Dockmaster [Respawns Immediately and corpse vanishes IF you don't loot him within a second or two. This gets hilarious when you have about 10 bodyguards on you at once. ^^]
Stormwind Guard [When asked about the inn, a comma is misplaced, and should come before the word "you."]
Stormwind Guard [The two guards on the eastern end of the bridge by Guard Thomas have a pathing issue with a Prolwer immediately south of them to which they are hostile. They spend 100% of the time in combat, reaggroing and deaggroing but unable to reach the Prowler.]
