Chromaggus/Nefarian in BWL bugged. #2499

Was doing some testing with my guild and when we pulled Chromaggus he placed his "Brood Affliction" debuffs on himself instead of us. This caused Chromaggus to get frequently stunned by Brood Affliction: Bronze and resulted in a rediculously easy encounter. He also didnt cast his breath attacks. Further into the same Instance Nefarian was not spawning the colored dragonkin in phase 1, only Chromatics spawned causing the encounter to be endlessly stuck in phase 1.

These two issues may have been related, most likely issue being the instance was unable to select two colors for each encounter when the instance was created.

as an added bit of info, we were in BWL last week, did some clearing and some of the members logged out inside of BWL, the instance reset before we came back this weekend and when they logged in they were already zoned in. Potentially could be a reason for the bug happening?
