Fused Wiring - Target Dummies drop #2584

Fused Wiring don't drop from any kind of Target Dummies (crafted) Maybe drop is to low or my bad luck but checked on 60 dummies and 0 Fused Wirings.

http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Fused_Wiring People sad that they get 1-3 from 10 so 0 from 60 is strange.

I can confirm that all three target dummies made accessible to Engineers do not produce Fused Wiring upon their destruction.

Despite the relatively small sample size, 50/50 Target Dummy, 50/50 Advanced Target Dummy and 50/50 Masterwork Target Dummy did not produce a single Fused Wiring.

The importance of fixing this bug goes without mention.

Edit: Masterwork Target Dummy, I believe, should not produce a single Fused Wiring upon destruction anyways.
