here you can see three escaped dreghood appearing at the end of the video (on the left), after the quest (Cruel Taskmasters) is turned in. here is some of their dialogue. they are missing on ptr. it's possible that they were added in a later expansion but that sounds unlikely.
edit: also i've noticed that, in the second video i've linked, after turning in 'makuru's vengeance', obadei walks to makuru before their dialogue begins and walks back after. makuru turns to him during dialogue. the movement bit is missing on ptr
