Westfall was almost perfect. Here's what I noticed (quick fixes):
NPC Issues
Westfall Woodworker [Dwarf variants don't say anything when clicked.]
Kobold Digger [These mobs in the Jangolode Mine say the Gnoll phrase. "Grrrr... fresh meat!"]
Murlocs [Fall to the ocean floor around ships when they die. See Darkshore.]
Defias Traitor [Spawning seems weird. Check timer. Also, it appears you may have to zone-out of Westfall (for either Deadmines or another zone) for him to reset after the escort quest The Defias Brotherhood is failed.
Report to Gryan Stoutmantle ["Progress" text makes no sense. Check for consistency with retail.]
CLUCK! [YOU, the player, turn into an egg, NOT the chicken you are supposed to inspect.]
The Defias Brotherhood (Escort Portion) [Traitor references himself, instead of the mob that he aggroes.]
Spell Issues
Volatile Infection [Coastal Murloc Disease Debuff. Does Not affect allies around the inflicted (specifically, my pet had it, and I did not have 60 nature damage every 15 sec like allies of the afflicted were supposed to.).]
General Issues
Escort Quests [Completely ignore player-aggroed mobs. This is Vanilla-wide so far.]
Chests [Seem like too many up at one time.]
Rare Spawns [Seems like 2 or 3 times the proper amount of loot is given.]
The Deadmines Issues
Mobs outside the instance were not elite by 2.4.3 as far as I know. This means the following should be changed to non-elites:
