Ashenvale Outrunners don't seem to have ranged attack. I also have a vivid impression of them trying to gain distance after using their kick ability, although quick search didn't result in any proof.
Rusty Chests left behind by Rotting Slimes aren't lootable.
Bleakheart Hellcallers don't have warlock minions (they can have both imps and voidwalkers)
Some of the Bleakheart Satyrs (at least "Satyrs", possibly all) should use Curse of the Bleakheart, a very memorable ability (many of the Wowhead comments regarding the quest Satyr Horns complain about it).
Just maybe it's because I'm not a caster, but Felmusk Satyrs don't seem to have their Overwhelming Stench abilities. Bestiary also mentions Felsworn should have Curse of Weakness, Rogues a Curse of Wearkness and Shadowstalkers a Shadowstalker Slash.
Ursangous doesn't seem to have his knockback and rend abilities (a very memorable ability, the first timer you'd encounter such a thing in WoW).
Tideress doesn't seem to have her Frostbolt and Foul Chill abilities
Xavian Satyrs (Betrayers - Battle Shout, Felsworn - Corruption, Hellcaller - Fireball, Rain of Fire, Rogue - Exploit Weakness) don't seem to use their abilities.
Severed Keepers (inside Dor'Danil Barrow Den) don't have any abilities, being caster druid style mobs they clearly should have (retail Wowhead says Moonfire and Starfire, several vanilla databases say Mana Burn). Same deal with Severed Dreamers, vanilla DBs say Summon Illusionary Nightmare.
Blackfathom Deeps pre-instance:
Blackfathom Tide Priestesses don't use any abilities (should have Frostbolt and Heal)
Blackfathom Oracles don't have their Healing Wave and Parasite abilities (according to Bestiary)
Damp note keeps being dropped even though you have Allegiance to the Old Gods quest
Quests
During Freedom to Ruul escort quest, Ruul doesn't stop to assist you if you engage in combat. In addition, as seen in this video, the quest shouldn't end as you exit the cave but a while later, and he should shapeshift to tauren and thank you instead of disappearing.
Mobs that are spawned during King of Foulweald just stand around rather than attacking you (or the banner, I don't quite know how that's supposed to work but the quest text makes it clear they should). In addition, they seem to spawn based on a timer while in retail they spawned such that you always had two to fight and Murgut spawned after a certain amount of time had passed (you could CC the two initial spawns without getting any more adds) and once he does, he says "You are a little gnat to the Foulweald! Die! and "No! You cannot be stronger than the Foulweald! No!!" upon his death. Currently there isn't any RP. In addition, currently the totem is a drop from Murgut rather than an object everyone can loot. Here's a retail video of the quest.
In Torek's assault Splintertree Raiders don't move with Torek and are just left behind to kneel, Torek got stuck and was unable to continue before I aggroed the mob he was targeting and the night elves spawned before Torek's assault force attacked the night elf at the balcony, contrary to Wowhead comments and this video.
Supplies to Auberdine escort event doesn't even start. The Wowwiki article seems to have pretty good details on the RP involved.
There's no RP upon handing in Ordenil's Cure. According to the linked comment it seems to be the same as it is in retail.
Similar to Horde WSG quests at Barrens, the Alliance equivalents seem to be broken (if they should even be there, I'm not in mood for researching this): "Vanquish the Invaders!" doesn't have quest text when returning it, the repeatable version provides XP (winning BGs at least in 20-29 bracket would be 6000xp for a win, I don't think this should be possible, it might be the issue for Horde version) and unlocks quest "Talismans of Merit" that does nothing.
I'm unable to hand Raene's Cleansing to Krolg. Relogging fixes the issue. Interestingly, I could get this part of the quest from him just fine. In addition, I have to get Ran Bloodtooth's Skull before being able to hand in the follow-up (while this quest involves killing him). I don't know how the quest should work (Wowwiki says Ran Bloodtooth's Skull is provided so maybe it's not looted in the first place) but clearly this way isn't the correct way. This comment gives some information about it and at some point the current, clearly faulty, functionality actually was how it worked in retail, but that was in WotLK and allegedly the quest used to work correctly "at some point" and with the comment being from 3.0.9, that probably was TBC.
The quest takes place in Duskwood (#356) but it's a part of Ashenvale chain so I'm reporting it here: Scythe of Elune lacks the RP event.

For the sake of completion I want to point out that Bough Shadow area (Dragons of Nightmare) isn't properly implemented (no patrols etc.) even though it doesn't affect questing
The RP events taking place in House of Edune don't work. Then again, it looks like they weren't added until 2.3 patch anyway. Looking at the articles for individual NPCs, Wowwiki and Wowhead seem to have fairly complete transcript of events taking place and it seems to have remained intact in retail.
According to Wowwiki, as of patch 1.8.0, shredder operating manual pages shouldn't drop for Alliance.
