Primal Ooze doesn't seem to have its Clone ability. In addition, Scum Covered Bags they drop tend to be empty.
Muculent Oozes didn't seem to use their Muculent Fever ability.
There's a Stegodon that sometimes goes inside a tree (in 29:69 coordinates)
There's one Devilsaur that's stationary, it should have long patrol route (and possibly, there should be several, currently there's just one of each Devilsaur mob types, standard, Ironhide and Tyrant).
J.D. Collie has three dialogue options that do nothing. I'm not sure, but I think they should only appear after completing her questline, too.
Bloodpetal Pests drop herbs. They shouldn't have loot.
All Tar Beasts should have Sticky Tar (chance to disarm attacker, probably after being hit) and Burning Tar abilities. In addition, they should have general fire vulnerability, but there doesn't seem to be consensus on the details (Bestiary says -51 fire resistance, but some claim 100% damage increase), distributed over the comments concerning all the mob types.
There are elemental invasion mobs around, seemingly without the invasion being scripted properly.
I'm not certain if it's dropped from a mob or from other source, but as Horde character, I found myself with Empty Tainted Ooze Jar that's used in an Alliance quest. Valkyrie Database lists drops from some oozes so that might be it.
King Mosh doesn't seem to use his abilities (Terrifying Roar, Vicious Rend, Trample, Recklessness)
Gorishi Eggs behave as normal mobs. I don't remember if they should even be there in any form normally, a Wowhead comment says they should be laid by a rare.
All Gorishi should have Sillithid Pox, I've only seen Stingers and Wasps use it. In addition, Stingers don't seem to have Slowing Poison and Wasps seem to be missing Poison that they should have, according to Bestiary.
Blazerunner doesn't seem to have his aura, according to Wowwiki "The aura reduces all damage he takes by 90% and knocks you back quite often". He should also recast it at times.
Quests
A Small Pack in quest "It's a Secret to Everybody" is empty, rendering it (and the whole Linken chain) uncompletable.
Mates of Lar'korwi don't spawn as you approach the eggs in The Scent of Lar'korwi, making you unable to loot pheromone glands and complete the quest.
Gorishi Scent Gland in Bungle in the Jungle seems to have 100% droprate. I don't personally recall it being too low, but there are comments that show that it clearly shouldn't be guaranteed.
In Chasing A-Me 01, same as other escort quests, the escorted NPC keeps moving ahead of you if you get in combat and same as mechanical chicken quests, it starts moving in death animation after the first combat encounter. In addition, a lot of RP text displays $c rather than names.
In Finding the Source using the quest item doesn't give temperature readings. The hot spot is in its correct pre-Cata location, however. I can't find retail sources for the text, but the ones in Trinitycore seem reasonable.
Possibly related to my impatience and using speed boosts (he shouldn't adjust to mount speed at least, though) but as Ringo faints, he starts skipping in air towards his start location, kinda similar to the behaviour of the NPC in Warrior Cyclonian quest (#2145), although you can interrupt this by using the quest item. In addition, after the first combat encounter he starts moving with death animation.
As you hand in the Linken Quest to Donova Snowden, an RP scene doesn't play out. The scene is described in the article.
The RP in quest "Aquementas" is very much lacking (he gives you the totem without announcement, there's a weird delay between him being summoned and yelling/attacking etc). Here's how it should look like.
World
There's an elemental invasion portal South of Fire Plume Ridge.
