The 2024 Errata to the ASCCP Management guidelines required an additional section be added to the L2, as well as modifications to be made to sections G.1 and H.2 of the L2. The additional section was added in PR https://github.com/ccsm-cds-tools/ccsm-cds-with-tests/pull/128 and tracked by Jira CCSMCDS-8. This PR handles the updates to sections G.1 and H.2, tracked by newly created Jira CCSMCDS-103.
