Previously, patients with HighGradeOrCancerHistologyResults were included in the management library. But this does not include all abnormal histology results. Patients who have just a CIN1 biopsy result in their patient record were not included within the management library, unless they had an accompanying resource that forced them to be included. These patients were already excluded from the Screening Library, so as a result, patients with only a CIN1 biopsy result were showing up with no recommendation.
This PR adds HasRecentAbnormalHistology as an Inclusion criterion for Management Library, so that patients who have had a CIN1 (low grade) histology result - but not an abnormal screening or high grade histology result - are included within the ManagementLibrary.
This addresses CCSMCDS-122, which came up as a result of testing a patient with only a CIN1 histology result at one of our pilot sites.
