May require putting patients who are farther in the screening regimen higher in the L3, so that their recommendation is prioritized.

This can likely be closed out now that we confirmed our recommendation is correct.

Confirmed with Dr. Guido and by examining the logic that our CDS was indeed giving the correct recommendation for this scenario.
