Removing Errors caused by the presence of an unknown cytology or HPV result, as this is causing issues when additional conclusion codes are included.
Previously patients were sent to management anytime they had a cytology or HPV test that didn't match our known "NILM" code. This is erroneous, since a Diagnostic Report or Observation can have multiple results without necessarily deeming it "non-negative". Patients are now sent to management if they have a known cervical abnormality in their patient history.
