F3 - FAQ Topics - Active menu item should have different styling #154

Active menu item should have different styling than other listed items.

If we update the styling for the active menu item, then people using assistive tech won't be informed that there's a difference between the active (current page) menu item and the rest of the links.

This also opens up a bigger issue in that items in the global menu do not tell you (via screen-reader) when you're passing over an active menu item. I'm going to create a new issue for that.

Once that issue is solved, then we can add styling for active menu items in FAQ Topics, News topics, etc.
