SR3 - Markup Validator Errors #219

Just a couple of issues in the markup validator when looking at the Services (A-Z) page.

End tag section seen, but there were open elements.
From line 377, column 1; to line 377, column 10
Error: Unclosed element div.
From line 269, column 3; to line 269, column 43

This appears to be fixed. There are no longer validator errors thrown for this page on the CCS Staging site and the AODA Demo site.
