BR1 (Variation) - Summary text not updating #222

Banners that don't have summary text seem to be grabbing the summary text from the previously visible slide.

The Phishing slide on the CCS production site contains no summary text. phishing

On the staging site, it grabs whatever summary text was in the last shown slide. phishing 2 phishing 1

Seems like this is now working as intended. Tested on CCS staging and AODA Demo sites.
