This is a new version of the abandoned pull request addressing issues described: https://github.com/ccswbs/hjckrrh/pull/923

Registration Link Field and Display

Development for Office of Teaching and Learning.

Event content type is modified to include a 'Registration Link' field that accepts a valid URL.

The Registration Link is displayed as a 'Register' button on the node display. The 'Register' button also appears on the 'E3 List' and 'E3 Event Teaser' views. When clicked the button should take you to the Registration URL provided by the user.

When the register link field is empty for given content the button is not displayed.

The e1 view configuration is now included in the event feature.
