Change photos, include Scott's example data, and fix functions #19

Added Scott's data as Alamo_Lake_test_data.csv and had to fix functions to make the figures work. Also changed text and pictures on landing page.

I think Scott asked for the night electrofishing photo that's currently on the right to be in the middle? I like the photos as circles! How'd you do that?
