Using a single run to simulate 3 ecosystems didn't work previously because patches immediately invaded one another and new patches get created from bare ground. Rather than figure out how to change ED2 settings to make patches not interact, we decided to do these as separate runs. This PR updates the setup scripts to generate 3 runs per site.
