The sensitivity.output...Rdata file loads dataframes with all NAs in most recent run

Ok, I know what happened. I said I wanted SA on "NPP", but "NPP" isn't output in the -E- files. If I want to do NPP, I need to have it be "NPP_PFT". But actually I want "AGB_PFT" I think.

Needs testing, but I think it's fixed.

The sensitivity analysis works now (but doesn't seem to make the plot automatically)
