Some jobs not starting using run.sh #42

Some jobs apparently don't start when using the run.sh script. The jobid is NULL and the workflow. Not sure if there is a pattern to this or if it's stochastic.

I don't know how to fix this. My plan for now is to develop a checklist to go through when runs first start to make sure everything is going smoothly.
