[x] Select 20 sites from SEUS that we haven't run yet
[x] Generate run files
[x] Change number of cores (programatically in setup script?) to encumber fewer cpu hours
[x] Start all runs

Update: Only need to run simulations with SA for median, -1SD stomatal slope, -1SD quantum efficiency, and +1SD fineroot2leaf representing pseudo-genotypes of Setaria. Maybe make a new repo for this??

The HPC is undergoing maintenance on Wednesday. Will come back to this on Thursday morning
