Include:

Lab standards on how to organize files
Where to put files (Box, GitHub, etc)
What formats to use for different things (e.g. use docx or .qmd for manuscripts? use excel or csv for data?)
How to name stuff (e.g. no spaces in filenames, etc)
Code style guide? (does your lab want to suggest or enforce one?)
