CCT Service Catalog? #58

I have literally never seen this before. Do we need to review and update it?

In outreach-communication.qmd there is a link to a CCT Service Catalog

Is that something we need to be updating regularly? This section needs more detail

I remember working on this, but don't really remember what it who or what it was supposed to be intended for. I'll ask Matt.

A newer version is linked to on the CCT website under the "Description of Services" button. What's on there currently seems approximately correct, though we should probably review.
