Who should the copyright holder be for licensed work? #82

There aren't any guidelines here about who should be listed as the copyright holder in the license. For R packages, it should be "package authors", but what about something like course materials? Should it be something like "CCT Data Science Team" or should it be the authors of that material?

We might also want to have something for the work we do for other groups/people. This also runs into citation (addressed in the same document). IMO licensing is something that needs to be negotiated; perhaps we can have a default license for this with a leading (preliminary) statement about working with them ahead of time.

I'll also note that some licences (e.g. CC-BY) don't have a spot to mention authors
